Worldwide Development Corporation - Urgency, priorties and issues

Before we can discuss the solution and benefits to powering the planet without fossil fuels we must establish there is a problem.  The following is a example of the oil discoveries and the impact it will have on our future energy needs.

Potential oil discoveries in relationship to oil demand of 31 billion barrels per year:
1. Australia 300 billion bbls - 9 year demand
2. North Dakota 7.5 billion bbls - 3 month demand
3. Gulf of Mexico 48 billion bbls - 1 1/2 year demand

It doesn't make any difference how much oil we find, we can't drill our way out of this problem.

Powering the Planet - Problems with creating energy today? - I know this may seem harsh but we must talk about the issues and problems with total honesty if we’re going to solve the problems we face in our future.

86% of all the energy created in this world is from carbon resources which is a limited resource and has a relatively short time frame left.  Just to put things into perspective wind and solar make up approximately 482 GW of capacity.  Now you have to reduce the 482 GW of capacity by 70 to 80% for efficiency.  This means wind and solar make up about 100 to 150 GW of the 21,000 GW of electricity produced today which is estimated to grow to 30,000 GW of electricity by the year 2030.  I would also like to point out that the energy produced from wind and solar are not constant, so a lot of the energy produced is wasted due to the electric grids not able to handle the variations in energy generation.  Again this does not include energy for transportation, etc..
Does it really matter if there are 50 years, 75 years or even 100 years of oil remaining?  Carbon fuels are also destroying our planet through climate change.  By continuing to be dependent on carbon fuels we will either destroy ourselves by climate change or running out of energy.  It doesn't make sense?

The following is the ways we produce energy today:
Current energy producing methods.
a.  Oil
   1. Limited supply - estimate 50 years remaining  (3.5 billion gallons consumed 365 days a year)
   2. Oil spills - BP Gulf of Mexico, Exxon Valdez Prince William Sound Alaska, Enbridge Kalamazoo Mi. river, A recent oil spill in Canada was ignored by executives of Apache Oil Company for almost 2 weeks
b.  Natural Gas
   1. Limited supply - estimate 100 years remaining
   2. Well head leaks - large volume of methane and nitrous oxide gas leaks in current and abandoned gas wells around the world – Nitrous Oxide is 298 times as bad as carbon dioxide from coal. Methane gas is 28 times as bad as carbon dioxide from coal.
   3. Natural Gas Fracking – Potential to contaminate large aquifers which could destroy large fresh water supplies around the world
c. Coal
   1. Limited supply - estimate 150 years remaining
   2. Releases a large amount of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere
   3. Major issues of disposing of millions of tons of coal ash which contains various toxins that could be extremely hazardous to the environment.
d. Nuclear – Nuclear waste has been a major problem for decades, Also we have setup temporary storage facilities because our lack of resolve in disposing of this radioactive material.
e. Wind and Solar
   1. Not continuous energy
   2. Does not have the ability to create large amounts of energy and does not create energy very efficiently
f. Cold fusion and other experimental energy options to date have not proven out yet and possibly never will
g. Bio fuels - Bio fuels are in direct conflict with food shortages which is another major issue facing this planet
The most disturbing thing is even though the world knows all the problems and issues with carbon fuels and we also know it’s a limited resource that only has possibly 50 years remaining, yet we are continuing    down the same path.  Presently the growth of energy demand is outpacing supply of sustainable energy by 7 to 1 which is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.

Worldwide Electricity Statistics projections 2010 - 2030
Demand growth: 10 TW (additional 500 GW per year)
Supply growth:
  a. Renewable - 1.4 TW     (wind and solar)
  b. Carbon Fuels - 8.6 TW   (coal and natural gas)

It’s absolutely critical the world comes together and creates a worldwide project to solve and implement solutions to powering our planet without carbon fuels.  I believe the only way we can power our planet without carbon fuels is the invention I have created.
In order to attempt to get people to understand what it would be like without energy, all you have to do is remember what it was like to be without electricity for a few days and then just imagine the electricity never comes back on and there are no batteries or candles.   Now you also have to imagine there are no autos to go to the store and the store has a limited supply of goods which is shrinking every day.   This is the world we could be facing if we don’t solve the issue of powering the planet through alternative energy.

If we attempt to convert our planet from carbon fuels to alternative energy through competition and not cooperation we will be putting man-kind’s survival at risk.  If we run out of energy or have major energy shortages in half or even a third of the countries in the world, those countries and people will try to survive.  You are talking about mass starvation, dying of thirst, cannibalism, wars everywhere, massive movement of people, and finally a good chance of nuclear war that would put all of man-kind at risk.

So countries, communities, or individuals that think they are insulated because they have created a sustainable energy future for themselves will be in for a big surprise when mass amounts of people show up on their doorstep.
How do you get people to understand there are 7.3 billion people and a limited supply of carbon resources?  Something has to give? Again our world consumes 90 million barrels of oil everyday which doesn't sound like a lot of oil.  That’s 3.78 billion gallons of oil every day, 365 days a year.
Even the idea our world is not taking this situation seriously is insane.
Even if my new energy invention is proven to work exactly the way I have claimed and the world comes together to implement the invention it would take 30 to 50 years.  Also 20% of the planet would require other types of alternative energy since my invention would not be effective in those geographical regions.  That’s 4  TW of power today and projected to rise to 6 TW of energy in 20 years.  It also means transportation vehicles would require different types of alternative energy in those areas which would not be a small task.
