There is no obligation to any country if they decide not to use the invention
or any similar invention that produces energy with the same concept
New Energy Invention
Before we can discuss any proposals to powering the planet without fossil fuels we must establish there is a problem. The following is a example of the oil discoveries and the impact it will have on our future energy needs.
Potential oil discoveries in relationship to oil demand of 31 billion barrels per year:
1. Australia 300 billion bbls - 9 year demand
2. North Dakota 7.5 billion bbls - 3 month demand
3. Gulf of Mexico 48 billion bbls - 1 1/2 year demand
It doesn't make any difference how much oil we find, we can't drill our way out of this problem.

The clean alternative energy invention I created is very eco friendly and has the ability to power (500 – 1000 TW continuous of electricity) our planet 25 to 50 times over conservatively for 10% to 20% of the cost theoretically forever with a small footprint.
If this new clean alternative energy invention is capable of generating ½ of my current estimates, it would still be worth trillions of dollars, if not priceless.
Credibility:
I haven't asked anybody for a penny. What would I have to gain by going to the United Nations and showing my new energy invention to scientist and engineers around the world if I wasn't confident the new energy invention would work? I am just a regular person that has come up with an extraordinary energy invention that can power this planet. I have no way of getting to the people at the level this new energy invention deserves without going through social media. I tried sending a letter to many sources including the President of the United States only to receive a pre-written thank you letter. If you read my blogs and watch my video's you will understand the level of my expertise on energy far outreaches my credentials. That's because I have spent almost 8 years and at times 20 hours a day being self taught on powering this planet without fossil fuels which I believe is man-kinds greatest challenge. I believe my new energy invention is the only alternative energy invention to-date that has the ability to power this planet that makes sense. River flow is the only power source which we can harness that has the ability to power the planet. We must quit allowing private interest and politicians to decide on how we spend our capital and manpower on alternative energy. If we just use common sense to compare water flow to air movement we will come to the conclusion that water flow is constant and much more denser then wind which means it's got a huge advantage.
My personal motivation:
1. Create a better world that is sustainable for all of man-kind
2. Assist poorer nations (almost 5 billion people living in poverty and 1.5 billion people living in extreme poverty) in order to create hope and prosperity for their people
3. Make enough money to continue to assist people in the U.S. elevate their lives
4. If I only can accomplish one of my social goals it would be to elevate the value of physical work again around the world and eliminate the Bain Capital used car approach to destroying people's lives in the U.S. and Europe by closing factories and exploiting labor in countries like China and India.
The main reasons why I am approaching the United Nations with these proposals:
1. There are 7 billion people living on this planet and soon to be 8 billion people. What happens when we run out of fossil fuels? It's critical we create a worldwide project to convert our planet from a carbon society to an alternative energy society not just for our energy needs but also to preserve oil for products which make modern societies possible (plastics, asphalt, etc.). We cannot leave anybody behind unless we want to create wars over energy that would probably lead to the destruction of man-kind eventually.
2. Because this new energy invention can generate electricity for 10% to 50% of the cost of any electricity produced today, it allows the world to create a worldwide project where countries assist each other through subsidies which will rebalance the wealth around the world in order to help the poorer nations become more self reliant and stop the exploitation of their people.
3. The new energy invention is based on river flow which is usually owned or controlled by governments. In order to speed up the implementation of this new energy invention it will require government support and intervention.

Challenge to World leaders:
The United States and other major countries in the world are either to skeptical, incapable or unwilling to step up and lead this project. You have nothing to lose except for a small amount of time and everything to gain. I understand the skepticism, so I am issuing this challenge to all the world leaders.
I am willing to share this invention openly with all the nations on the planet in return for one of the following proposals. It would also not make sense for me to be poor and have solved the energy challenges of the world. I'm also not interested in being a billionaire, so most of the money I receive will go to taxes, family members and non-profit. I want the world to assist one another instead of competing to the detriment of all the people living on the planet.
Proposal 1 Parameters:
1. An agreement signed between all major countries on the planet to collect a 10% royalty on all electricity generated from this new energy invention.
Royalty Breakdown:
a. 6% royalty to assist poorer nations in the implementation of this technology. This organization will be controlled by engineers from participating countries without political influence in order to assist the world to make the transition from a carbon society to an alternative energy society.
b. 2% royalty to subsidize countries for other types of alternative energy where this new energy invention is not possible.
c. 1% royalty to pay for technical centers around the world, administration cost and various cost associated with this new organization in order to prevent undue influence from countries and outside interest.
d. 3/4% royalty ownership to me which I will donate 50% to 75% of my ownership to a non-profit organization to assist people with saving energy and creating jobs.
e. 1/4% royalty ownership to a international law/patent firm for all legal work and patent protection for the organization

a. 6% royalty to assist poorer nations in the implementation of this technology. This organization will be controlled by engineers from participating countries without political influence in order to assist the world to make the transition from a carbon society to an alternative energy world.
b. 2% royalty to subsidize countries for other types of alternative energy where this new energy invention is not possible.
c. 1/4% royalty ownership to a international law/patent firm for all legal work and patent protection for the organization
d. 3/4% royalty to pay for technical centers around the world, administration cost and various cost associated with this new organization in order to prevent undue influence from countries and outside interest.
e. My royalty ownership: I will not receive any ownership unless the new energy invention can produce energy lower than 80% of the average cost of electricity generation in your country. We will than split the difference of the remaining cost difference between your average electricity production cost and this new energy invention cost. This proposal is for government's that don't think this new energy invention works or is capable of what I have claimed. I will only keep the same percentage I would of under the proposal 1 and use the remaining proceeds to donate to a non-profit organization to assist people with saving energy and creating jobs.
2. An agreement signed between all major countries on the planet to not allow countries to exploit electricity created in countries where the electricity can be exported to neighboring countries. Our world has enough potential electricity generation capabilities to satisfy most of the power requirements for the majority of the planet. The major countries must enforce this agreement through influence in order to prevent unnecessary hardships, wars, etc.
Proposal 3 Parameters: An agreement signed between the Indian Government and myself.
The reason why I have chosen India is because they make up between 20% to 25% of the people living on this planet. India must compensate me 3 million dollars upon the acceptance of the agreement. India must also agree to patent this technology around the world at the same time in order to protect our common interest. Finally India would have to agree to not allow any energy invention that operates on the same theory as my invention in their country without going through me.
