How many people claim they can power the planet many times over for 10 to 20% of the cost of any electricity produced today through clean eco friendly alternative energy

My only goal is to create a worldwide project that can benefit the poor, middle class, poor countries and all future generations around the world. India is by far the largest country in the world and what better country to lead this project. This new energy invention has the ability to create a better future for all of man-kind. You have nothing to lose and all of man-kinds survival is at stake. If we cannot power our planet without fossil fuels we will eventually destroy man-kind and this planet.
Steps necessary for Powering the Planet to succeed!
One Possible Approach
1. India - The first thing I will need is some type of agreement / commitment from India’s central government that I can take to an international law / patent firm in the United States to represent this new energy invention. The commitment must be a strong enough of an agreement that will allow me to attract and obtain their services.
2. Large International / Patent Law firm - Protect the new energy invention in India through a pro bono agreement and eventually become the lead law firm on the "Powering the Planet" project around the world.
3. India - Validate the energy projections of the new energy invention and eventually take the lead on the engineering and the implementation of the new energy invention around the world.
4. India and Large International law firm will be in charge of putting together a large coalition of nations in order to create a worldwide project to implement this technology around the world based on cooperation and not competition.
5. India and Large International law firm - In charge of filing patent's for the technology around the world in the name of the worldwide project's organization in order to not only file the patents but protect the patent rights around the world. India would be in charge of protecting the invention until such time as the patents are filed.

This is one approach to creating a worldwide project that would benefit all of man-kind. There are multiple approaches that I am working on and I will disclose them in the near future if the above approach doesn't seem to be feasible.
